The Ferradurinha Beach in Búzios is my favorite, it may be small in size but it is giant in beauty.
It is a perfect beach for families, and it has a more secluded corner ideal for those who want a little more peace and quiet!

Characteristics of Ferradurinha Beach in Búzios
This beach is very small, only 100 meters of sandy shore, so if you want to secure a spot, arrive early!
The sea is very calm, the crystal-clear green water, although cold, is very inviting! It is perfect for snorkeling, some of the rocks in the sea are homes to huge turtles and fish. We can even see some of these turtles coming up to breathe very close to the swimmers with the naked eye! It is also great for stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and pedal boats that you can rent right there at the beach stands.
How to get to Ferradurinha Beach
To get to Ferradurinha Beach, just go to the end of Canto Esquerdo de Geribá Road, turn left, then right, follow that road to the end, and you will arrive at the beach!
Bonus Tip
Perfect for couples, Amores Beach is quieter and more reserved, access to it is through the left corner of Ferradurinha Beach, the trail through the rocks, although short, is tricky, not recommended for pets or children!
Come prepared if you want to spend the day, the place is deserted and there are no street vendors or stalls there. Despite the “difficulties”, it’s a wonderful spot, and the sand is pink in some places!
The sea has the same characteristics as Ferradurinha Beach, but the water here is even more crystal clear. I promise the photo above is unfiltered!
Don’t forget to pick up your trash when leaving the beach!
